Sure Thermal - Neck and Shoulder Heat Pack

Sure Thermal Soothing Heat Packs feature a natural palygorskite bead filling as an improved alternative to wheat based products. This natural and proven thermal alternative gives a more hygienic and longer lasting product that is more suited to regular microwave heating and cooling cycles.

Directions for use:

• Remove from packaging and place in a clean, dry microwave
• Heat according to the table provided on the packaging, do not exceed heating time of 1 minute in a microwave oven up to 1000 watts.
• Do not leave the heating pack un attended.
• Carefully remove from microwave and shake to redistribute the contents. Reheat in short bursts of 10 seconds to reach desired heat.
• Carefully check that heated pack feels comfortable on the skin.
• Once heated to desired temperature for use, do not re-heat until the pack has fully cooled to room temperature.
• If using as a cool compress, place in a sealed plastic bag before placing in fridge or freezer.
• Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water and allow to dry fully before use.
• If pack becomes overheated or show any signs of scorching, fumes or burning carefully remove from microwave using a suitable metal implement and place in sink or metal bucket containing water.
• This item can be disposed of with general household waste and is not recyclable.
• Do not leave children unattended with this item.
