SHIPPING

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland Orders

If your order value is €50 or more, it qualifies for free delivery to any destination in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (subject to a max weight of 20kg). Orders of values less than €50 will incur a standard delivery charge of €8.00.  

Our Couriers/Delivery Service

We use Fastway courier company for deliveries and a signature will be required on delivery.  We also use An Post courier delivery service.

Delivery Times

We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of receipt of your order, (same-day if order is placed before 9 am), providing all items are in stock. We make every effort to get all orders processed as soon as possible, often the same day.
Deliveries are generally delivered within 2-4 working days after receiving your dispatch notification.

Due to new postal regulations, we are unable to deliver liquids outside Ireland. (The only exception is New Vistas products. Please email us for cost.) We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS.

You will receive a shipment email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up.  Every effort will be made to have your order ready on the same day, where possible.

UK Orders

Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders to the UK. This is due to licensing restrictions.

Delivery Outside of Ireland

We deliver to Europe for €44.

Please note, if the cost of shipment to ourselves is less than quoted above, we will refund you the difference.  A difference may occur depending on weight of package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

New Harmony is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes etc.)

Out of Stock Items

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date.

If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Feel free to query your order at any stage by contacting us at sales@newharmony.ie

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at sales@newharmony.ie within 10 working days of receiving your order, giving the reason for return.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered.  Please include your order number and reason for the cancellation.  If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the items, then you must return the products to us, securely wrapped and parcelled to:

Please note the products should be returned in good condition and unopened.  It is advised to use a recorded delivery service.  Where the product containers have been opened, or the products used, you can no longer cancel your order.  Your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.

We will arrange to refund the purchase price to PayPal or the payment card used for the purchase once the goods are returned.  We will refund postage costs in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but
not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. 
Nothing under these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
