RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return a product, please fill out a withdrawal form on our
website followed by an email to sales@newharmony explaining your reason for
return. Customers have a write to withdraw from their purchase and return items
within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original
condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging where necessary.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You may cancel your order by filling out a withdrawal form on our website up
to 14 days after your products have been delivered. Please include your
order number and reason for the cancellation. If you cancel your order
after we have fulfilled the order, then you must return the products to us,
securely wrapped and parcelled to:
New Harmony,
Bishop Street,
Tuam,
Co. Galway,
H54 T281.
Please note the products should be returned in good condition and
unopened. It is advised to use a recorded delivery service. Where
the product containers have been opened, or the products used, you can no
longer cancel your order. Your statutory rights regarding quality will
remain unaffected.
We will arrange to refund the purchase price to PayPal or the payment card
used for the purchase once the goods are returned. We will refund postage
costs in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have
elected to return goods for any other reason.
Nothing under these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.
