Solgar - Soya Lecithin 1360mg - 100 Softgels

Solgar Soya Lecithin is a mixture of phospholipids and other non-phospholipid compounds that are extracted from soybean oil during processing. It also is a source of choline.

Directions for use:

As a food supplement for adults one (1) softgel, up to six times daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use. Food supplements should not be used instead of a varied balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
