Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil High Strength Gelatine Free contains even higher levels of fish oil and Omega-3 . It comes in a starch based capsule shell making it gelatine free. It contains with 193 mg of Omega-3 plus the Government recommended, 10 μg Vitamin D.
