Directions for use:

Shake bottle well before use. Please use the measuring cap provided.

Adults: take 10ml (=1/2 measuring capful) of natural thyme extract three times daily, pure or diluted in some hot water.

Children from 4 – 12 years: Take 2.5 – 5ml three times daily (can be sweetened with honey).
