Omega-3 : EPA and DHA are essential fatty acids which cannot  be made by the body efficiently and must be consumed in the diet or through supplementation. The omega-3 capsule contains sustainably sourced fish oil in an enteric shell, meaning it bypasses the stomach and dissolves in the upper intestinal tract for optimal absorption and no fishy aftertaste. 

L-Theanine : L-Theanine is a non-protein amino acid naturally present in tea plants such as Camellia Sinensis (L.) (which is the source of both lack and green tea). L-Theanine can cross the blood-brain barrier (a layer of cells between the brain's blood vessels and brain tissue that blocks harmful substances from reaching the brain).

Choline : Choline which performs several vital functions in the body, is an essential constitiuent of cell membranes and influences the production of some important neurotransmitters. It is needed for myelination of nerves and is a precursor for Acetylcholine (an important neurotransmitter involved in muscle movement and memory). Choline is considered an essential nutrient.
Phosphatidylserine : Phosphatidylserine, derived from soya, is a phospholipids that serves as a key structural component in cells across the body, with especially high concentrations in the brain. Myelin (a protective lipid-rich material that insulates nerve cells) naturally present in the human brain, is enriched with phosphatidylserine.
Bacopa Monnieri : Bacopa Monnieri, a plant that is native to Australia, and India, has strong antioxidant properties and supplementing with Bacopa Monnieri can help to support the body's natural antioxidant levels. Bacopa Monnieri helps the maintenance of good cognitive function and may help to improve concentration and memory. 

Directions for use:

Take one Focus capsule and one Omega capsule in the morning with food. For Omega-3 wait 30 minutes before consuming a hot drink.

Capsule shell: (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Anticaking Agent (Brown Rice Extract).
