Fibre Complex is a naturally low FODMAP blend of three different types of fibre, partially hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG) Acacia Fibre and Green Banana Powder, delivering 5000mg of fibre per serving to support your daily fibre intake. Fibre complex is carefully formulated to be gentle on the stomach.

Green Banana Powder is derived from the unripe fruit of bananas and is naturally rich in resistant starch, dietary fibre, potassium and magnesium. Each sachet of Fibre Complex provides 500mg of Green Banana Powder.

Acacia Fibre is a soluble fibre derived from the hardened sap of the Acacia Seyal tree. Each sachet of Fibre Complex provides 4660mg of Acacia Fibre.

Directions for use:

Mix with 250-300ml of water, stir well, and consume immediately after preparation. Fibre complex can be taken on its own with water, or mixed into a hot or cold food, drinks, smoothies or your revive active supplement of choice. If taken with food, take with an additional glass of water.
