This flower remedy is indicated for people who feel full of guilt and self-reproach. These people appear humble and apologetic and may feel they deserve their illness or pain.

Directions for use: 

2 drops in 30ml of water, sipped at regular intervals during the day.
Alternatively select 2 or 3 essences, place 2 drops of each into a 30ml bottle of water taking 4 drops 4 times daily.
