Formulated with 5 electrolytes, calcium, magnesium and sodium sourced from Atlantic sea minerals, potassium and chloride. Simply mix with water to create a light, fizz-free, refreshing drink that helps replenish electrolytes lost through daily activity, exercise or busy lifestyles.

Directions for use:

Take 1-2 sachets per day. Mix 1 sachet with 250ml-500ml water (according to taste) to create an ionic electrolyte drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
