Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. Folate also contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism, normal psychological function and normal blood formation.

Directions for use:

As a food supplement for adults, take 1 capsule per day with food. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
