Nordic Naturals Complete Omega 3.6.9. plus Vitamin D3, provides the same balanced formula as Complete Omega, with the added benefits of natural vitamin D3. This omega-rich blend supports cardiovascular health, brain function, and positive mood, as well as healthy joints, hair, skin, and nails, while vitamin D3 promotes strong bones, healthy immune and neuromuscular function. Vitamin D3 (or cholecalciferol) is the natural form of vitamin D produced by the body, and is better absorbed and utilized than other forms.

Delivering the full spectrum of essential fatty acids by combining the omega-3s EPA and DHA from fish oil, with the beneficial  omega-6 GLA from borage or evening primrose oil, and  omega-9. Research shows that GLA is most beneficial when taken in conjunction with EPA.

Directions for use:

Two soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
