Natures Aid Cod Liver Oil is made with pure Icelandic Cod oil, our Cod Liver Oil Liquid is rich in the Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, as well as providing Vitamins A and D.

Directions for use:

Adults & children over 5 years:       10ml (2 teaspoons) daily.

Children 1-5 years:                              5ml (1 teaspoon) daily.
