Brewers Yeast is a natural source of the B vitamins, Thiamin and
Riboflavin. These B vitamins are involved in the generation of energy and can
help to maintain a healthy nervous system. Each Natures Aid Brewers Yeast
tablet contains 300mg of Brewers Yeast with no added ingredients.

Directions for use:

Take 2 tablets 3 times daily or as required up to a maximum of 12
daily.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.  Store in a cool dry place.
