Lifeplan - Pure Nettle 220mg - 50 Capsules

These capsules contain only dried powered nettle in a hard  capsule shell to maintain the natural properties of the plant. 

Directions for use:

Take one capsule twice daily with food, or as drink. As a drink: Mix the contents of a capsule to a smooth paste with cold water and then slowly add boiling water, stirring briskly.

Ingredients:

Nettle Herb (Urtica dioica) Powder, Vegetarian Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose).

Free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives.
