Kalms Day   Valerian Root Extract - 100 Tablets

Kalms Day are a traditional remedy, which are used to relieve irritability, anxiety and the stresses of everyday life. Kalms Tablets are also used to aid sleep.

• Valerian is used to relieve restlessness and sleep disturbances.

Directions for use

Read the package leaflet before use. For oral short-term use only. Swallow 1 tablet three times a day. Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not take if you are taking any medicine for sleep or anxiety. Kalms Day is not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breast-feeding; ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
