Tincture (liquid) extracts are more easily digested and are absorbed into the body more rapidly than powdered herbal capsules.

Ashwagandha: Supports in periods of mental and nervous tension of anxiousness. Contributes to emotional balance.

Lavender: Used to find a better sleep, helps decrease irritability and restlessness.

Warning: Contains alcohol. Always check with a healthcare practitioner before using. May not be suitable with pregnancy, breastfeeding and in combination with certain allergies, medications or medical conditions. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions for use:

Use 5ml  (1 tsp) 3 times a day as needed.  Continue use as necessary.
