Dr Clare Apothecary Congestion Tincture may help:

• Nasal Congestion
• Soothe Sinus Congestion
• Dry up Nasal Drip

This tonic is suitable for longstanding nasal congestion, combining actions for nourishment and cooling of mucous membranes. Limiting dairy products in the diet would help the actions of these herbs.

Elderflower: Antiviral and relaxing.

Bayberry: Relieve sinus pain and congestion.

Yarrow: Calming, for the nervous system.

5 ml in a little water 3 times daily
