Comvita Wound Gel with Manuka Honey containing sterilised medical grade Manuka honey; promotes wound healing and reduces the risk of infection for broken eczema prone skin and skin splits.
Supports healing of eczematous skin including raw eczema and scratch wounds

Directions for use

1. Clean the wound and dry the surrounding skin.
2. Apply a generous quantity of wound gel directly onto the wound or a bandage of your choice.
3. Cover the wound with a bandage.

Due to the cleansing action of low pH of the Wound Gel, some people may experience a slight stinging sensation. If stinging persists for over 30 mins, remove the bandage, clean the area and consult your healthcare practitioner.
