Absolute Aromas Breatheasy Essential Oil Blend

Breatheasy is a clearing blend for all your chills. It contains Eucalyptus, renowned for its ability to help with breathing and decongestion.

Directions for use:

To help ease nasal and chest congestion put a few drops on a tissue and inhale. Or add 4 to 5 drops to a bowl of just boiled water, cover your head with a towel and lean over the bowl. Breathe normally for a few minutes; repeat for up to for 10 minutes in total. Alternatively use neat in one of Absolute Aromas diffusers or to use as a massage oil, blend 5 drops of the blend with 10ml of carrier oil, or added to the bath for a sumptuous, clearing bath oil.

Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Oil, Eucalyptus Radiata (Leaf) Oil, Ravensara Aromatica, Melaleuca Leucadendron Cajeputi Oil, Melaleuca Leucadendron Viridiflora (Niaouli) Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil.
