In this post we have summarized just 5 of our favorite products, that we have found are getting a lot of positive feedback and we want everyone to know about. New Nordic Dida

New Nordic Dida is used to reduce fermentation and formation of gas in the gastrointestinal tract. Each tablet contains a unique herbal and spice oil recipe, and contributes to the maintenance and function of the GI tract and its mucous membrane.

Dida reduces flatulence, and stomach discomfort associated with bloating. As well as taking Dida, we recommend that individuals suffering with these symptoms reduce or omit the intake of foods that may encourage the growth of candida (also known as thrush) in the gut. This includes alcohol, sugar, yeast and carbohydrates – particularly white starchy breads. Instead, try opt for high protein foods like meat, fish and eggs. Increasing the intake of vegetables and essential fatty acids like linseed oil will also lead to a healthier gut.

The dose recommended is 2 tablets daily, with a meal, swallowed with a glass of water. We have found with our customers that after time, many people reduce the dose to 1 tablet daily.

Terra Nova Life Drink

This product is a favourite of a lot of our customers. Life Drink contains highly absorbable vegetable proteins, supergreens such as wheatgrass and broccolli sprouts, a huge selection of berries, mushrooms, essential fatty acids, digestive enzymes and probiotics. This perfectly balanced superfood blend provides a fantastic array of beneficial nutrients.

One Nutrition L-Glutamine is a highly purified source of the essential amino acid “Glutamine”. The most common amino acid in the human body, L-glutamine is used extensively in the intestinal wall, immune cells and muscle cells.

Glutamine becomes essential during intense mental and physical stress as demand is greater than supply and the body cannot generate enough. This product replaces the essential amino acids lost during these times of stress.
