High One B1 Complex is a combination of all the B vitamins and is praticularly high in B1 which contributes to the normal function of the heart and nervous system.
Viridian B1 B-Complex features a higher level of thiamine (vitamin B1). B1 (thiamine) contributes to the normal function of the heart, and to normal psychological function, energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
B complex vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 & B12) contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal psychological function and mental performance, energy-yielding metabolism, the regulation of hormonal activity, the functioning of the immune, cardio and nervous systems and the maintenance of normal skin, mucous membranes, vision and red blood cells.
