Moss Boss Tonic Turmeric – 500ml

Moss Boss Tonic Turmeric is an Atlantic Irish Sea Moss(aka Carrageen Moss) based tonic combined with Apple Cider Vinegar (with the Mother), Root Ginger, Turmeric, Cloudy Apple and Fennel.

Oir Tonics are a team of chef wizards and nutritional nerds based in County Clare. They are inspired by traditional uses of seaweed, native, organic and local ingredients that maintain immune and gut health. All of their recipes are packed full of function & flavour and made by the team in the West of Ireland.

Directions for use

For immune & gut maintenance, 50ml first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Ideally 30 mins before food. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.

For use when recovering from cold/flu/chest infection, 30ml 3 times a day before meals. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.

For children, 15ml- 20ml once a day mixed with good quality yogurt or apple juice.

Ingredients

Irish Sea Moss, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Fresh Turmeric, Root Ginger, Heritage Apple Juice, Fresh Fennel.

As the product is unfiltered, sediment may settle at the bottom of the bottle; shake well before use. Variations in colour and taste can occur between batches; this will not affect the quality.
