Magnesium is essential for a healthy body and is used in over 300 chemical reactions on a daily basis. One of its greatest uses is for relaxation. Magnesium works on a cellular level to relax the body getting rid of excess tension.

Magnesium Oil Joint spray combines essential magnesium with glucosamine, menthol and wintergreen oils. Used daily this spray can help to promote strength and movement.

Directions:
Magnesium Oil Joint spray is suitable for use on all areas of the body. However, is ideally suited for targeting problem joint areas.

Use 2-3 sprays per area, per application. It can be used as and when you need relief , day or night.

After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.

Magnesium Oil Joint spray is suitable from 12 years of age. However, for children under 12 we recommend Magnesium Oil Original spray which does not contain essential oils. For the same reasons, we also recommend Magnesium Oil Original spray for during pregnancy and nursing.

In Magnesium Oil Joint spray you will find a concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside® Magnesium Chloride (15% concentration), Glucosamine Sulphate (from shellfish), Menthol Oil, Wintergreen Oil.
