Suggested use:
Start by taking 2.5g (1 tsp) daily and gradually increase to maximally 7g (3tsp).
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Directions:
Mix in a glass with 30-60 ml of hot water. Let it fizz & stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass with warm or cold water.
