Lifeplan Siberian Ginseng provide the popular herb Siberian Ginseng, with vitamins including vitamin B6 which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Along with vitamin B12 it also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system. The B vitamin Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin.

Directions for use

Take 1 capsule a day with food and a drink.
