Directions for use
To achieve a foamy cup of matcha, whisk from the wrist, not tensing the arm. Start from the bottom breaking up any lumps by making a figure of 8 and gradually increase the whisking rate. Whilst whisking, start to elevate the whisk out of the water still making a figure of 8 and a slight foam should start to form.
