Besides being the most inexpensive and practical source of omega 3 fatty acids (55-60%), Flax Oil is also a source of the omega 6 fats, carotene, and vitamin E.

Flax Oil contains one of nature’s richest sources of Omega-3 EFAs at around 50% of total oil content.

Recommended Daily Dose

Consume 1 to 3 capsules three times daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a healthy diet.
