Ener-C Sport Electrolyte Drink replenishes essential electrolytes and minerals lost through sweat. Drink throughout the day to help fuel your body, or before, during and after exercise so you can perform your best.

Directions for use

Take one packet two times per day. Dissolve contents of 1 packet into 500ml (16 oz) of water and drink.

For adult use only. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food or immediately after meals. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a gastrointestinal ulceration or obstruction. Do not use with other potassium -containing supplements or with potassium -containing salt substitutes. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
