Dr Clare Apothecary Relax Blend may help:
Tincture (liquid) extracts are more easily digested and are absorbed into the body more rapidly than powdered herbal capsules.
Ashwagandha: Supports in periods of mental and nervous tension of anxiousness. Contributes to emotional balance.
Lavender: Used to find a better sleep, helps decrease irritability and restlessness.
Warning: Contains alcohol. Always check with a healthcare practitioner before using. May not be suitable with pregnancy, breastfeeding and in combination with certain allergies, medications or medical conditions. Keep out of reach of children.
Use 5ml (1 tsp) 3 times a day as needed. Continue use as necessary.
Contains: Ashwaganda, Lavender, Chamomile, Hawthorn flowers, Holy basil, Rhodiola, Bitter orange peel, Bacoba, Verbena, Damiana.
Tinctures contain a 42% alcohol as a preservative.
