Cherry Active Concentrate is 100% concentrated Montmorency cherry juice with no added perservatives

How to use:
Mix 30ml (2tbsp) Cherry Active Concentrate with 240ml(regular glass) of water. Alternatively, add to apple juice, a smoothie, natural yogurt or a post-exercise shake.
Once open, refrigerate and consume within three months.
