Black cumin seed has numerous benefits and is popular in the Middle

For over two thousand years the black seed, a plant from the
Ranunculaceae (buttercup) family, has been traditionally used by various
cultures throughout the world as a natural remedy. The ancient Egyptians knew
and used the black seed and described it as a panacea (cure for problems and
diseases).

Nigella Sativa originates from Western Asia and is a herb that grows
about 16-24 inches in height and has white flowers when in bloom. The plant
is now cultivated from the Near East to India. The deep black, sharp-cornered
rectangular seeds (no longer than 3 mm) are the part of the plant that is
used for the preparation of products.

Phospholipids play key roles in supporting cellular membrane
maintenance and Black Seed Oil is rich in these. Also it contains
phyto-sterols such as Beta Sitosterol. Phyto-sterols support cell membrane
structure and function

Compositional Analysis reveals that Black Seed Oil is also a source of
a broad range of nutrients: Vitamin A (Retinol), B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, Biotin,
Folic Acid, Vit C, D3 (cholecalciferol), Vit E (alpha-tocopherol), calcium,
potassium, iron, magnesium, selenium, zinc. Amino acids – aspartic acid,
threonine, serine, glutamic acid, proline, glycine, alanine, valine,

Ingredients

100% of Organic black seed oil, Linoleic acid (Omega 6), Oleic acid (Omega 9).

Directions:

As a food supplement, take one to three teaspoons daily with food, or
as directed by your healthcare professional. This highly nutritious oil can
be added to fruit or vegetable smoothies, salad dressings, dips, soups or as
a condiment drissled onto vegetables, pasta, rice, potatoes etc or just taken
from the spoon.

This pungent oil can also be used topically as a traditional massage
oil and as an aromatic chest rub.
