Optiyou Algae Omega-3 is the optimum way to ensure that you and yours receive the sufficient omega-3 essential fatty acids (DHA + EPA) to develop and maintain your eyes, heart and brain. It is suitable for everyone, including vegans, vegetarians, pregnant women, those with fish allergies or who dislike the taste of fish. It is a natural plant based source and is sustainably grown on land. Directions for use

Adults: Two soft gels daily, provides a double strength dose of 500mg omega-3 fatty acids DHA & EPA.

Children (5+): One soft gel daily, provides 250mg omega-3 fatty acids DHA & EPA (If too large to swallow, pierce the soft gel and add the algae oil to food or juice).
