Sweet Almond oil is suitable for all skin types and especially helps relieve, dryness, itching, sunburn and babies bottoms. It is rich in vitamins, A, B1, B2, B6 and E and has a good mineral content. It is generally toning and rejuvenating and gives medium massage ‘slip’. Use either on its own, or as a carrier oil, blended with a few drops of essential oils.

Contraindications:
