Directions for use

As a food supplement using the scoop provided, add two heaped scoops per day (2g) to milk, juice or yogurt or sprinkle into cereal.

Increase up to 4 heaped scoops to provide the level of friendly bacteria used in the Swansea Baby Study. This level will also provide twice the NRV level of all essential vitamins.
