Stinging Nettle Plant Juice may help help as a diuretic , which can help with flushing of the urinary system. It may also help with joint inflammation and rheumatic complaints. Stinging nettle is also known to help ease symptoms belonging to seasonal allergies.

Directions

Shake the bottle well before use. Please use measuring cap provided. Take 10ml (=1/2 measuring capful) of stinging nettle juice in the morning and at midday before the meals, pure or diluted in water or juice.
